Maggots can be used for fishing so is it fishermen they try to cater to with this release? Some maggots are used for medical purposes but I doubt that medical practitioners or forensic scientists are interested in the high paced, poorly produced racket that Wömit Angel offer, I don't think it will cater to such an educated crowd. I even doubt that fishermen are so devoid of sophistication that they can be interested in such a thing. So, whom do they cater to?
I think Maggots are the preferred audience of this band, the little crawlers will enjoy the rackety sound, the grunty vocals that sounds like a Lesser black backed gull on crack and the cheap production and simplistic hardcorish black metallic punk style song building. The problem is that maggots seldom has money so the sales will be suffering quite a lot because of that, and they might alienate some of these maggot fans due to placing them in the mouth of some blue figure suffering a nuclear war.
I tend to generally analyse music I listen to but this is difficult to analyse and I did a bird report for a Swedish review but that could not be applied to the English review so how do I fill the space? There is nothing to analyse here, the music is among the worst I have ever heard. I have actually heard more interesting “music” at a building site where men drilling in concrete does better work than these guys do on their “instruments”. Do they really use guitar and basses? I actually thought it was hammer drills in concrete walls, some banging on things and a bit of chainsawing.
Nah, I think I’ll feed this album to the maggots and watch them devour it, to the digital maggots that I just programmed that is, as this is a digital only release.
