Party happy Austrians who believe in the new feastament where every day is a party and there is no time for work. I like the thing with no time for work but beer- and party propaganda doesn’t really call for the height of intellect to put it simple. And work doesn’t seem to be what they have put in in the creation of this new album, their second, as the songs are simple and straight to the point.

Easy to take in rock music with catchy choruses sung in the German language, and their music reminds me of German band Unherz that we have reviewed several times here at Hallowed. Party music, catchy and simple – the perfect companion for the drunken party when you need something simple to sing along with in your drunken haze. And for that I would describe this as a pretty good album, the songs are strong and catchy – if with a bit silly lyrical content.

I think it is a good album, especially if you are one of those who throw parties and drink insane amounts of beer. For you it is the perfect soundtrack, for someone not really of that disposition it could however seem quite anti-intellectual. I find myself growing tired of it almost as easily as I took to it at first. For someone not really into beer and partying I cannot really get that much into it, sure it is well made and sounds good. The songs are good as well, but in the end it is nice to listen to but you forget it rather quickly.

Turbobier pushes the right buttons for some, they do not really push any buttons for me, I find this being a good one to listen through but not one that I would really chose to play if I was really looking to play something good. I would think that the ending conclusion will be that it is pretty good but Turbobier is not quite my brand.

HHHHHHH
