Well, musically it has an interesting angle of attack – it is reminiscent of many bands and styles but it sounds fairly individual, they seem to have found a sound of their own. Their sound is great; it is a high quality production. And it is varied with the songs all being quite different from one another while still keeping a rather coherent overall sound. The vocalist is very good, and they have a good depth in their songs and the album. The album is near fifty minutes long but it tends to feel rather short as it is varied and deep.
But it is not only the sound and production that is strong; the songs are also really strong. Good variation and a really listenable selection of songs. The real feat they manage to pull off is that they are being very familiar in style while still having a relatively individual sound. It is an album that I can recommend, it can clearly be well worth giving some moments of your time. It has been an album that I have enjoyed listening to and analysing, one of the better this year I think.
All the songs on the album are very good and I don’t thing there are any real downsides of the album, and you can listen to it over and over without growing tired of it. And there are some brilliant songs like my favourite of the album Bring It, but the track The Slip that is just before the ending Innuendo tracks is another great highlight. I really like this album, it is varied and exciting, well worth giving a moment of your time and some of your money. A really enjoyable album.
